CHARLOTTE – The Mecklenburg County tax assessor's office finished the property revaluation for commercial property and condominium owners and can finally begin the process of sorting through over 35,000 residential appeals. 

Moer than 25,000 owners of commercial property and 27,000 condominium owners should receive new values from the tax assessor by March 21.

County homeowners received their new values in the mail on February 7, resulting in 35,012 informal appeals being mailed back to the assessor’s office.

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - On Thursday fans will get a chance to see Duke, UNC, and the six other teams coming to town for the NCAA tournament practice for free.

Fans will also get their first chance to buy tickets for one of the three two-game sessions taking place this weekend; until Thursday morning fans had to buy all six weekend games at once.

Time Warner Cable Arena is hosting two rounds of the NCAA tournament; there will be four games on Friday and two games on Sunday.

Here is Thursday's practice schedule for the eight teams that will be playing.  Again, you can go to any practice session you want for free.  All practices will be at the arena.
